The Bill (Reg.№4131) envisages the stricter determining of the expenses and conditions of the subjects of electric-power industry and consumers of electricity violation in case of the power supply interruption or power supply of low quality, through the division o the violation of the owners of electricity equipment in relations that appear in the process of the production supply and electricity use.
