The Law harmonizes national legislation with the regulations of the Protocol additional to the Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949.
Thus, it introduces amendments to the Law "On Symbols of the Red Cross and Red Crescent in Ukraine" regarding the status and the conditions of use of the Red Crystal symbol. The Law also amends the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 4665.
