The Committee on Taxation and Customs recommends that The Verkhovna Rada rejects the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Taxation of Income of Enterprises" (re Calculation and Payment of Tax)

During the meeting of the Committee it was declared that the Bill (Reg.№5082) is aimed at the provision of the state budget income under the conditions of the finance crisis and avoiding the risks on the budget purposes implementation, hence the bill envisages the introduction of the temporary norm regarding the implementation of the extra account taxation period in the year 2009.

 

Taking into the consideration that in the State Budget draft for the year 2010 the income from the corporate income tax during the IV quarter 2009 in full scope is coordinated for the increase of the income in February 2010 ( i.e. without the implementation of the extra taxation period according to the results of 11 months of the year 2009, under which in year 2010 only income tax for the December 2009 would be directed), the committee recommends that the Verkhovna Rada rejects the indicated Bill.
