Pursuant to the Draft Resolution, the Cabinet of Ministers shall bring forward the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2009" in the part of harmonizing budgetary allocations of the State Budget of Ukraine.
Pursuant to the Draft Resolution, the increase of the State Budget expenditures for the raise of social standards and guarantees shall be covered by the funds obtained due to the two-time reduction of the maximum rates of wages of the President of Ukraine, the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Prime Minister of Ukraine, the Vice Prime Ministers, the People´s Deputies of Ukraine, the officials of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, the Secretariat of the President of Ukraine, the State Administration Office, The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariate, the Cabinet of Ministers Secretariat, the ministers and deputy ministers, leaders of other central executive authority bodies, heads of regional, Kyiv and Sevastopol city State administrations, employees of the National Bank of Ukraine, relevant public institutions and organizations, leaders of courts, prosecution bodies, other law enforcement agencies, including the ones with a special status.
