Mykola Tomenko: BYuT Advertising Campaign is a Campaign to support Ukraine
Answering the questions of the journalists in Khmelnytsky region, Mykola Tomenko, Vice-Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, stated that BYuT advertising campaign was a campaign to support Ukraine.
"Our team decided that the outdoor advertising will become a specific promotion of Ukraine; the advertising to support the people concerned with Ukraine´s future and those who work for the sake of Ukraine under the complicated present-day conditions", - stated M.Tomenko.
"However, this is not a point of utmost importance. It is significant that we are trying to support all the people who overcome the crisis and support their own country, unlike other candidates who state that "the nation is becoming extinct", "the rural area is being destroyed", "the hardships are coming", etc", - stressed the Vice-Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
As far as the funding of the campaign is concerned, M.Tomenko stated that "the campaign is funded by our team", and called the reproaches concerning budget funding of the political advertising of the BYuT absurd.
