V.Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, believes that the State Budget for the next year shall become a publicly recognized budget.
"It must be Budget oriented not at the survival but at least at living", - V. Lytvyn announced on Friday in Boyarka town.
Giving comments regarding the process of the principal finance document of the country presenting, V. Lytvyn declared that the Parliament is ought to elaborated "the variant of the budget basing at the approaches that had been declared". "Moreover, one does not know who would be the president and there would be no attempts to make the budget convenient for the power", - he informed.
