Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine supposes that the Law on Social Standards Increase would be adopted in the End of October.
Giving the answers on the journalists´ question in Boyarka town on Friday, V. Lytvyn declared: "I am convinced that in the end of the October this law would be adopted in its entirety. It is necessary to adopt the bill in order to increase the minimal pensions and salaries".
The Leader of the Parliament proclaimed that the Government should adopt the decision regarding "average" tariffs on the housing-communal services through all the country.
The elections to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine as well as the local bodies´ elections should be held due to the majority voted system, the Chairman is convinced.
"I am initiator; I fight for the canceling of the elections due to the party register", - V. Lytvyn declared. According to him, eight relevant bills are registered in the Parliament but still there are objections regarding its adoptions as in such a case "one should report back to the electors"

V. Lytvyn also shares the thought on the necessity of the election mechanism elaboration of the parliamentarians recalling that "are to be elected not more then two times in succession".
