During the meeting it was declared that the Bill (Reg.№5120) envisages the exemption of the public disabled organizations, their enterprises (associations), institutions and organizations from the cost recovery of agricultural, forest production in case of the land areas use for the building of rehabilitation establishments, objects of physicals training and social provision.
The implementation of the amendments does not presuppose the extra finance expenses but would facilitate the state support of public disabled organizations.
The Members of the Committee stressed that the Sate Committee ob Land Resources, Ministries on Finance and Housing-Communal Economics also uphold the Bill.
