The Draft Resolution (Reg. No. 5037) proposes that the effective resolution be entitled "On Provision of Adequate Functioning and Integrity of the Medical Complex of "Okhmatdyt" Ukrainian Children Specialized Hospital".
The Draft Resolution recommends that the Cabinet of Ministers prohibits alienation of property, privatization of premises and equipment of the hospital, as well as the land plot in the ownership of "Okhmatdyt" Ukrainian Children Specialized Hospital. The Draft Resolution also recommends that the lease of hospital premises be allowed, on condition the direct needs of the institution are satisfied.
The legislative document also envisages UAH 11 million to be allocated from the State budget for the development of resource base of "Okhmatdyt" Ukrainian Children Specialized Hospital.
Moreover, it is recommended that the Government develop a national target-oriented program of development of "Okhmatdyt" Ukrainian Children Specialized Hospital for 2010 - 2015, securing its adequate funding and envisaging measures to be taken to enhance the resource base of the institution.
