The Fund of Mykola Tomenko "Spravedlyva Kraina" and the National Radio Broadcasting Company of Ukraine will prepare an Educational Audio Project for the Ukrainian Preschoolers for Christmas
For the last three years, the "Spravedlyva Kraina" Fund and the National Radio Broadcasting Company of Ukraine jointly presented three audio projects: "Main Songs and Melodies of Ukraine", "Classical Ukrainian Literature: Live Voices" and "The Swans of Motherhood: Vasyl Symonenko Live". The total edition of the CDs exceeds 30 thousand.
M.Tomenko stated that the work over the editions was still in progress. The CDs are distributed on a grant basis via the "Spravedlyva Kraina" Fund. They are positively appraised both by the experts, and the ordinary people, states the Vice-Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
A new joint project of the Fund and the National Radio Broadcasting Company of Ukraine is intended for the best and the most unprotected group of the population: younger children and preschoolers. According to the Vice-Chairman, it is this category of Ukrainians that is discriminated to the greatest extent under the present-day information conditions, since the national masterpieces for children are broadcast only on the State channels.
In view of the great amount of audio materials, the edition will consist of two volumes: one CD will rely on literature fairy tales and short stories, both folk ones, and of the Ukrainians and foreign classical writers, poems for children, etc. The second CD will contain only music. It will include the compositions by the best singers and numerous children music groups.
As the initiator of the project, Mykola Tomenko promised that the new CD would be presented to the preschool establishments on the eve of Christmas holidays.
