Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine expressed for the Changes to the Law on the Elections of the Local Council Deputies.
V. Lytvyn deems that the elections to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, as a compromise should be held by the open registers.
Also, V. Lytvyn is convinced that in necessity of the elaboration of the mechanism of deputies calling off. "In such a case they would not lie under the tribune, probably would lie in the Minister on Finance so he give them the money for their district support", - he declared.
On the question whether V. Lytvyn would go on vocation while the presidential campaign, he answered that did not exclude such possibility but informed that "How it would be better for the country, in such a away I would act".
V. Lytvyn announced that in the situation "when the country is dying and due to its GDP rate we returned in past on five years", he is ready to take all efficient measures in order to alter the destroying processes in the country. "Power should do and listen to people possessing a lot of problems. People worry about the process and the food quality", - the Leader of the Parliament declared that he was aware of that fact as he communicated with general public.
V. Lytvyn stressed the necessity of the budget 2010 adoption "the Budget Ukraine needs", as according to him, the winner of the President´s election would certainly alter the budget and these changes would not touch the social standards upon.
V. Lytvyn once again announced his evaluation on the special sitting of the Parliament with the participation of the State Authorities and National bank of Ukraine. "Today, more then ever we need conversation on the country future and the possible problems solutions", - he declared. According to his words he had already introduced the Bill of the corresponding resolution on the sitting holding.
During the working visit V. Lytvyn had conversations with the citizens of towns Teplyk and Ladyzhyn, visited tomb of M. Leontovych in Markivka village of Teplyk.
As it was announced previously, during 28-29v September the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine would visit Vinnytsia and Khmelnytsk regions with the working visits.
