The Chairman of the Committee M. Prysiazhniuk declared that "oil-fat sphere of Ukrainian industry it is the only sphere that demonstrates the income temps".
M. Prysiazhniuk stressed that on this industry sphere example one may follow hoe due to the effective protection policy on the state part, Ukraine my transfer from he material adjunct into the exporter country of the leading market.
Still, he declared that the issue on VAT compensation on the oil export remains unsolved.
The members of the hearings emphasis that producing capacity on the recycling of the oil-bearing crops on 01.09.09 increased to 8,25 mln tone per year.
Constant increase of the state powers on recycling of oil-bearing crops in Ukraine forms the contest environment and favourable price situation for the agricultural producers and recycling companies.
Representatives of the ministry on Agricultural Policy assured that until year 2010 at the expense of the reconstruction and building of new oil extraction plants the producing capacity would reach 10 tones per year.
As a result of a discussion the participants of the hearings came to the conclusion that for the regulation of the situation between the producers and recycling companies within the domestic market, first of all it is necessary to provide systemic VAT compensation and preserve the export tax on the sun-flower oil. According to the producers it is also necessary to implement the energy consuming technologies as well etc.
The participants of the hearings recommend that The Ministry on Economics should renovate the indicative prices for the sun-flower oil during the export.
