The Bill (Reg. No. 4608) introduces amendments to the laws "On Employment", "On Compulsory State Social Insurance in case of Unemployment" and "On Individual Farming" that secure relevant social guarantees for the members of individual farming enterprises, citizens without an occupation and citizens willing to resume working activity after a long (more than 12 months) break.

The Bill exempts the members of individual farming enterprises who perform their activity in compliance with the Law "On Individual Farming" from the list of citizens considered as the employed population.

The Bill also excludes a number of regulations appertaining to the conditions required to obtain unemployment benefit from the Law "On Compulsory State Social Insurance in case of Unemployment".

The Committee stressed that the Bill complied with the EU legislation in the part of employment facilitation, improvement of labour conditions and due social security of the employed.
