The Bill (reg.№4662) directed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine envisages the renewing fo separate norms of the Law "On State Guarantees of returning the Savings of the Citizens of Ukraine "(re the Procedure of Savings Restitution).
The Bill also envisages the formation by the Savings Bank of Ukraine and legal successor of the former Ukrainian State Insurance informational-analytical system "Register of Depositors and Savings" and "Register of Insurer and Insured People".
Moreover, it presupposes extraction from the Law "On State Guarantees of returning the Savings of the Citizens of Ukraine" of the norm according to which further compensational indexation of citizens´ savings is implemented during the deposits, insurance premiums giving out and the norm according to which the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine have the right to involve into the compensational payment funds from the Official Exchange Reserve of the National Bank of Ukraine.
The amendments to the article 6 are supposed to give the Cabinet of Ministers right to determine the order of the compensational payment holding.
The Members of the Committee uphold the Bill but expressed several remarks regarding its norms.
The Committee deems the adoption of the bill let implementation of the efficient mechanism of the state liability redemption basing on the inventory of a liability.
