During the meeting it was declared that the ratification facilitate the stable mechanism functioning regarding the international safety level for the realization and intensification of the bilateral connections between Ukraine and Bosnia and Herzegovina, further development of the cooperation in the sphere of air transport and would also facilitate the setting of the business connections etc.
In particular, the Agreement envisages that the effective law of one of the Agreement Parties that regulates the entry, order the customs clearance, implements passport control etc spreads on the air enterprises of the second Agreement Party.
Moreover, each of the Agreement Party implement regarding the air enterprises of the second Agreement Party the same laws and rules as to its own air enterprises or to the third party enterprises that conduct the same international transportations.
A relevant Bill is registered under Reg. No. 0141.
