The Bill (Reg.№4795) directed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine envisages that in case when the family deliberately submitted false data that might have influenced the establishment of the right on the state social aid and its rates determining, the aid might be established only starting from the month that comes after the month during which the violations were defined.The Bill also envisages the implementation according to which the sum of the state aid that was overpaid as a result of the false data might be returned by the family voluntary or charged by the court order.The Members of the Committee upheld the bill adoption of which would let the improvement of the administrative and finance relations in the sphere of social citizens´ protection.
