"Today the practice of the mutual accusation should be stopped as one must understand that the country id driven to chaos", - V. Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine declared during the pres-conference in Khmelnytsk.
He deems that "one should stop and decide what to do, what is happening and why and what decisions are to be adopted on order to stop the chaos".
According to V. Lytvyn, it might be possible if the common meeting with the participation of the state leaders was held in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. He reminded that National Academy on Science of Ukraine after his request is preparing the special report on the social-economic state in the country and its consequences for the country, "as we are not able to receive adequate evaluation of the situation in the country neither front he president nor from the Government and Parliament".
V. Lytvyn has also called to "stop the humiliation and separation plays in Ukraine" as unfortunately a lot of politicians act now "in order to obtain the country for nothing".
Giving answers to the questions V. Lytvyn has stressed once more that he would not alter his Decision on Failure to pay Salaries to the People´s Deputies during the Days of the Parliament Blocking.
V. Lytvyn has also informed that on Wednesday the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariate would present him with the all necessary information on the functioning of "Rada-3 system" and its quantity. The leader of the parliament declared that is he receives the corresponding conclusion "and it would help the case" he would sign an order to implement the system
"It is rather strange that one should search the mechanism to make the People´s Deputies work", - V. Lytvyn declared.
As it was announced previously, during 28-29v September the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine would visit Vinnytsia and Khmelnytsk regions with the working visits.
