Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is firmly against the Land Sale to the Foreigners

He announced it during the press-conference in Khmelnytsk on Tuesday asking the questions on land sale moratorium that expires on the 1st o January next year.

V. Lytvyn that this issue is to be solved immediately. According to the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine "somebody would try to legalize the land that is long ago in somebody´s property". V. Lytvyn stressed that the attention first oaf all should be paid to the land inventory, evaluation, formation of the state land bank etc.

According to V. Lytvyn, the owners of the land should sell their lands through the land bank that would decided who is allowed to buy it.
