The Committee on Justice recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill "On Amendments to the Administrative Legal Procedure Code of Ukraine" (re Elimination of Discrepancies in the Procedure of filing an Appeal against the Results of the National Elections) as a Basis an in its Entirety

During the meeting of the Committee it was declared that the Bill (Reg.№5144) envisages the amendments to the part three of the article 172 of the Code on Administrative court procedure, presupposing that to the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine, as to the Court of the First instance the actions or non-reaction of the Central elective committee are appealed concerning the results not only of the Ukrainian referendums but regarding the elections as well.

According to the People´s Deputies the suggested amendments will help "remove an obstacle y the expert Administrative court regarding the elections results calculated by the Central Elective Committee".
