The Committee on Foreign Affairs upholds the Bill on Amendments to Clause 9 of the Law "On the Participation of Ukraine in the Peace-Making Operations"

During the meeting it was declared that the Bill (Reg№4797) envisages the concession to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of a right to define the order of the finance provision of peacemaking contingent and peacemaking personnel in case of the decision adoption on the participation of Ukraine in international peacemaking operation.

 

According to the Bill "sources of the finance provision of peacemaking contingent are determined during the adoption of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the President´s of Ukraine Resolution on the Participation of Ukraine in international peacemaking operation". Moreover, "the order of the finance provision of peacemaking contingent and peacemaking personnel is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine´.
