The Program (Reg. No. 4677) provides for the epidemic well-being of the population by means of reducing the number of infection cases to be overcome by means of immunoprophylaxis.
The National Program envisages a complex of organizational and systematic measures to be taken to reduce the number of infection cases and vaccinate at least 95 per cent of the population.
The Program also guarantees the adequate material and technical provision of the institutions in charge of immunoprophylaxis, and provides for the permanent advanced training of persons in charge of immunoprophylaxis.
The People´s Deputies stressed that the Program would be funded at the expense of the State and local budgets, as well as other sources. The funding of the program for the period of its implementation amounts to UAH 2 935 354,3 thousand and shall be provided by the State Budget, in particular UAH 237,7 million for 2009, UAH 316,4 million for 2010, UAH 370 million for 2011, UAH 422,9 million for 2012, UAH 475,5 million for 2013, UAH 528,7 million for 2014, UAH 584,2 million for 2015.
The Committee members believe that ratification of the National Program will guarantee the epidemic well-being of the population by means of reducing the number of infection, death and disability cases caused by the infectious diseases.
