The Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill "On Amendments to Clause 176 of the Land Code of Ukraine" at the Second Reading and in its Entirety

The Bill (Reg. No.3038) introduces amendments to Article 176 of the Land Code of Ukraine concerning certification of the administrative-territorial units. The amendments specify the contents of the State act at the boundaries of an administrative-territorial unit, determine the documents to be attached to the State act, and define the procedure of its signing and issue to the administrative-territorial unit.

 

The Members of the Committee declared that during the elaboration of the bill for the second reading, 12 amendments were directed from the People´s Deputies, the majority was taken into the consideration.

 

The People´s Deputies upheld the motion according to which "to the state act within the administrative-territorial unit is added the plan of the external borders of unit on which the adjusting administrative-territorial units are indicated".

 

The amendment according to which, the State act at the boundaries of an administrative-territorial unit is allotted to the corresponding village, city regional council" is also adopted.
