The Bill (Reg.№2697) envisages the adjusting of the Land and Family Codes to the correspondence with the Civil Code through the increase of the circle of subjects of common land property right including to it the state and territorial communities. The bill also envisages the regulation of the land areas division order that are in common partial property.
During the meeting, the Members of the Committee declared that during the elaboration for the second reading 22 motions were directed fro the People´s Deputies, the majority of which were taken into the consideration.
According to the project "the subjects of right on common land property are allowed to be citizens, juridical persons, state and territorial communities".
