On 19 September 2009, Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, will make a working visit to Zhytomyr region (Korosten).
V.Lytvyn will take part in the grand opening of the Second International Festival of Potato Pancakes and the opening of the monument to a pancake.
The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will hold a press conference for the mass media and meet the residents of the city.
