Ratification of the Agreement will facilitate development of a bilateral contractual-legal base to support the air service between Ukraine and the Republic of Tajikistan.
Thus, pursuant to the Agreement, the air carrier appointed by the each Party has the following rights during the use of contractual airways for the established routes: to fly over the territory of the other Party without landing; to land at the territory of the other Party with the non-commercial purpose in the points determined by the Agreement; to land at the territory of the other Party in the points determined by the Agreement to take the passengers, luggage, mail and cargo transported between the territories of the Parties on\off the board.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 0140.
