The Bill (Reg. No. 2310) introduces amendments to the Laws "On The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the Crimean Autonomous Republic" and "On the Status of Deputies of the Local Councils", which exclude the regulations appertaining to the imperative mandate for the deputies of The Verkhovna Rada of the Crimean Autonomous Republic and the local councils.

According to the People´s Deputies, as the elections to the representative body of the autonomy were held in compliance with the proportional representation electoral system, deputy factions at The Verkhovna Rada of the Crimean Autonomous Republic constitute important elements of the representative body that render a possibility for the political parties to implement their political programs and participate in the legislative work.
