In particular during the meeting the Bill of the Law on Amendments to article 21 of the Law "On Advertisement" (re the improvement of the laws regarding the supervision for the advertisement of medicines) (Reg.№4772) aimed at the improvement of the laws regarding the control of medicines advertising and balance of the mechanism of public morality protection with the rules of the advertisement market functioning.
The Members of the Committee stressed that the Bill does not contradict with the European Law.
Also during the meeting the Bill of the law on Amendment to certain laws of Ukraine (regarding the adjusting of the effective law) (Reg.№4724). The aim of the Bill adoption is coordination of the Armed Forces of Ukraine statutes, laws "On Social and Legal protection of Military Servants", "On armed Forces of Ukraine", "On Defence of Ukraine" through the implementation of the corresponding amendments to them.
The Committee recognized the bill as such that does not contradict with the European Union Law.
