The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk informed about the results of the plenary session on May 3. In particular, a number of decisions were made:
9267 – appealed to the parliaments and governments of foreign countries, international organizations and inter-parliamentary assemblies to condemn the crimes of forced deportation of Ukrainian children committed by the russian federation.
IN GENERAL:
8009 – expanded the list of grounds for dismissal from military service during martial law, in particular, establishes an additional ground for dismissal of servicemen whose close relatives were killed or went missing during martial law.
AS BASIS:
8185 – proposed to regulate the use of unmanned aerial vehicles in law enforcement and counteraction to their illegal use;
8186 – proposed to establish liability for violation of the procedure and rules for the use of Ukrainian airspace by operators of unmanned aircraft;
8213 – proposed to add police officers to the list of military personnel and persons equated to them who have caused material damage to the state and should be held liable;
9110 – proposed to classify servicemen with wounds, contusions, injuries or diseases sustained during military service or training in military institutions as persons with disabilities as a result of war.
