Mykola Tomenko: The Tour "With Ukraine in the Heart" aims at the Support of not only Yulia Tymoshenko, Prime-Minister of Ukraine, but also Ukrainian Culture and Show Business
During the stay in Uzhhorod, Mykola Tomenko, Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, expressed his conviction that after the President´s elections the use of the regional resources by the two families would be stopped. "After the President´s Elections in the next year there would be done everything possible to stop "the lease" of the Zakarpattia region by several families", - he declared.
According to M. Tomenko, the Zakarpattia citizen would be able to form local power and realize themselves according to the specialist abilities and not belonging "to these peculiar families that leased the political and economic life of the region".
Giving comments on the tour run "With Ukraine in the Heart", the Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada declared that this tour is aimed at the support of not only Yulia Tymoshenko, Prime-Minister of Ukraine, but also Ukrainian culture and show business. "Now, other political powers invest in the cultures of other countries, our team take care about our own cultural values", - the Vice-Chairman declared.
