Committee on State Building and Local Self-Government recommends that the Parliament directs for the Further Elaboration the bill on Amendments to the Law "On Local Self-Government in Ukraine" (re the Official Disclosure of the Local Self-Government Acts of Bodies and Officials)

The Bill (Reg. №4638) envisages the amendments to the effective law regarding the specification of the official disclosure rules)

During the discussion, the members of the Committee declared that there is certain non-agreement of the bill principles with the article 22 of the Law "On Amendments to the Elicitation of the Activity of the State Power Bodies and Local Self-Governing Bodies in Ukraine by the Mass Media".

The attention was pointed out on the fact that for the scrutiny of the Parliament the bill (Reg.№4615) "On Local Self-Government in Ukraine" is introduced. According to the Members of the Committee these bills should be combined.
