Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine explains the Present Situation in Ukrainian Parliament and Country as such that is caused by Desire of Separate Powers Reach Results during the Elections by any Means.
He declared that there is the only conclusion to be made after everything that is going on in the country "one may observed the realization of the technologies in order to make elections, namely receive the results of the elections by any means through bribery and falsification". "The Verkhovna Rada is unnecessary for such purpose as institution where this issue might be discussed, - the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada stressed. - There would be no institution for the evaluating of the election campaign".
At the same time he is convinced that deputies themselves "would return to this issue of the Verkhovna Rada and would ask it to hold the sittings". "Because if one think that they would use certain scenario, I deem another participant of the hustings would also do anything possible for the victory" - V. Lytvyn announced.
"Under any circumstances, sooner or later, the country would be kept in order. Other explanation of the situation are not clear for me", - the leader of the parliament emphasized.
