The Chairman of the Sub-Committee on Military Security and Defence, Oleksandr Kuzmuk declared: "changes that are introduced to the bill (Reg.№3340) are of technical-juridical character and specify certain aspects of the military service in military reserve and its separation from the military duty completion in reserve by other subjected to military service. O. Kuzmuk informed that during the elaboration of the bill for the second reading 36 propositions and amendments were directed from the subjects of legislative initiative among which 29 were taken into the consideration in its entirety, 5 partially and 2 rejected.
The members of the Committee unanimously have adopted the decision to recommend the parliament should adopt the bill in its entirety as a law.
