The Bill (Reg.№4645) envisages the Amendments to the article 56 of the Law "On Pension Provision" and to the article 24 of the Law "On Compulsory State Pension Insurance" suggesting that to the service length and to the insurance experience are added temporary disability that commenced during the period of work or military service or stay in partisan companies.
The committee does not object the legislative initiative according to which the improvement of the pension provision of citizens is envisaged. Still the members of the Committee deem the suggested amendments would not have expected legislative consequences.
According to the people´s Deputies it is impropriate to introduce the legislative propositions for the working person as their dismissal according to the article 40 of the Code of Laws on Labour in Ukraine in the period of temporary disability is not assumed.
