The Bill (Reg. No. 5010) aims at the efficient regulation of legal relations during the initiation and scrutiny of the cases on social payments.
The Bill introduces amendments to the Civil Procedural Code of Ukraine and the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine, pursuant to which the cases of social payments shall be referred to the jurisdiction of general courts instead of administrative ones. The said cases shall be scrutinized in accordance with the civil legislation.
The Committee members believe that introduction of amendments will implement the principle of accessibility of justice, as the territorial distance of the appellate court shall be limited by the borders of a corresponding regional center.
