The Bill (Reg.№3450) envisages the allotment of the right to the international finance organizations to conduct in Ukraine emission of own bonds nominated in hryvnia.

In particular the effective law is to be added by the norms regarding the correction of definition "emitter" in the part of boarding of the number of emitter by such subjects as international finance organizations.

During the discussion of the Bill the Members of the Committee stressed that allotment of the international finance organizations of own bonds in other countries is well known practice in the world and enables the direction of the extra investments into the real economic sectors as well as into stock markets.
