In particular, were discussed: the Bill on amendments to certain legal acts of Ukraine (re the improvements of the legislation in the sphere of illegal circulation liability of the medicines) (Reg.№2274). It was mentioned that the document is aimed at the implementation of the liability for the illegal circulation, inducement to use of medicines.
The people´s Deputies declared that the Bill does not contradict with the principles of the international treaties to which sphere of regulation the Bill belongs.
Also the committee has scrutinized the bill of the Law on Amendments to certain laws of Ukraine regarding the restriction of the extraordinary actions concerning the state supervision (control) in the sphere of economic activity (Reg.№4815).
It was declared that the Bill implements the exhaustive list of the grounds for the extraordinary revision holding of for the subjects of the economic activity. The Bill also envisages the addition of the Code on Administrative Infringement by the article that envisages the liability of the officials for the violation of the law on holding of the extraordinary revisions of the state control in the sphere of economic activity.
The Bill was recognized as such that does not contradict with the EU system of laws.
