Mykola Tomenko deems it necessary that the liability for the use of the hunting areas should be strengthened.
M. Tomenko emphasized that for today the situation is observes when hunting areas are in the possession for the private individuals. "For the present day it is the only sphere of legal relations between the state and entrepreneurs, where nobody pays lease", - he declared. M. Tomenko reminded that certain time ago the moratorium for such lease were introduced: up to the 1st of January 2010. "It is obvious that this moratorium was wrong step as one feces task now not only to presuppose the implementation of the lease pay but to strictly determine its rate and order", - he informed.
M. Tomenko stressed that it would let local budgets possess funds that are might be directed for the centralized nature protection measures.
Moreover, the Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine deems that the lease contracts should be analyzed in order to strengthen the liability. "The State should strictly control the land areas that are in lease in legal and finance sense as well", - he added.
