The Committee on Public Health recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Resorts" at the Second Reading and in its Entirety

The Bill (Reg. No.3249) aims at realization of governmental policy in the health-resort and recreation sectors, delineation of authorities of the concerned central executive bodies, creation of a favourable investment climate in the health-resort sector, inter-departmental coordination in the field of health resorts. 

 

Preparing the Bill for the Second Reading, the Committee members scrutinized 11 amendments submitted by the People´s Deputies, 8 of which were taken into account and 3 were rejected.
