On Friday, Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, will make a working visit to Kirovohrad region.
V.Lytvyn will meet the students and the faculty of the State Flight Academy (Kirovohrad), visit the exhibition of the Flight Academy and the flight training center.
The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will hold a press conference for the central and local mass media and give an interview to the local TV channels.
