Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine supposes the Veto on the Law envisaging the Financing of Euro-2012 at the Expense of the National Bank income being overcome.

Giving the answers on Friday in Sevastopol on the journalists questions, V. Lytvyn expressed thought that the veto would be overcome as "the two biggest factions should have great interest in it". At the same time V. Lytvyn noticed that allotted money by NBU at the rate of 9,8 milliard UAH "is highly problematically" and may lead to the "inflation outburst".

V. Lytvyn expressed against "introduction of the practice according to which especially "sensitive" laws" are officially published and made public by the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine under his signature. "I would appreciate if in our country everyone do their duty according to the Constitution of Ukraine and laws", - he declared.

V. Lytvyn announced that on the 1st of August he had signed and directed to the President of Ukraine law on amendments to certain legal acts of Ukraine regarding the President´s Elections. "Before it I have thoroughly scrutinized it together with the motions of the General Juridical Administration of the Parliament in eight pages, - he informed, - Motions were considerable but still they were not upheld".

"I repeated my conviction: raiders´ schemes are not to be imposed on the law of the elections of the President", - V. Lytvyn emphasized. According to his words, reaction of the President "is easy to predict: he would use his veto rights regarding this document". "It is also possible that I would be obliged to sign it", - the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine announced. V. Lytvyn does not exclude that in such a case the President of Ukraine may appeal to the Constitutional Court that according to him, ay express its proviso.
