First Deputy Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oleksandr Korniyenko had a meeting with "United for Ukraine" EU member states parliamentarians accociation reps.

"United for Ukraine" (U4U) is more than diplomacy! It is a real effective communication channel of our joint efforts in countering russian aggression against Ukraine, Europe and the world.» Said the First Deputy Speaker Oleksandr Korniienko at the begining of tge meeting.
He also informed that during the meeting following issues were discussed with U4U delegates:
 - security situation;

- support of Ukraine's defense capability;

- recognition of the russian regime as a terrorist one;

- supporting the energy system of our country on the threshold of a severe winter;

- financial and macro-financial assistance to Ukraine;

- sanctions against the aggressor;

- russia's responsibility for crimes committed, creating a special tribunal.
For their part, the delegates of the union of parliamentarians of the EU member states "United for Ukraine" once again emphasized their consistent support for Ukraine, that it will not stop but will only grow.

 At the end of the meeting Oleksandr Korniienko stressed that we are grateful to the U4U states for their consolidated position on important issues and effectively support.
