The yesterday´s address of Viktor Yushchenko, President of Ukraine, can be divided into two parts, one of which seemed rather optimistic, and the other one looked like a speech of a candidate for presidency. Mykola Tomenko, Vice-Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, made the above-mentioned statement in the interview to the journalists.

Thus, in the report to the Ukrainian nation, the President looked like an optimist, especially concerning the humanitarian and socio-economic situation in Ukraine.

However, according to the Vice-Chairman, the announced plans of V. Yushchenko look more like the plans of a candidate for presidency.

"These plans are rather naïve, beginning with the hopes that Ukrainian people will endorse the presidential version of the Constitution during the public discussion and ending with the projects of economic changes that the President will hardly have a possibility to realize", - he stated.
