The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Resolution "On certain Issues concerning Implementation of the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2009" and certain other Laws of Ukraine"

Pursuant to the Resolution, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine shall secure mandatory fulfillment of the requirements of Clause 341 of the Law "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2009" concerning ratification of the list of objects, events and amount of budget funds allocated for their realization at the expense of the budget program "Implementation of the State target program on preparation and holding of the final part of the European football championship 2012 in Ukraine, construction, reconstruction, development and maintenance of the motorway network, including construction and reconstruction of the bridges in public and municipal ownership (including construction of the railway-motorway bridge crossing across the river Dnieper in Kyiv in the amount of UAH 650.000 thousand), and construction of underground railway in the cities of Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kyiv and Kharkiv" and the chief administrators of the State budget funds.
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine also draws attention of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to the inadmissibility of the misuse of budget funds envisaged by the Law "On Amendments to the Laws of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2009" and certain other Laws of Ukraine" of 21 August 2009 № 1608-VІ.
In order to secure systematic supervision over the use of budget funds envisaged for the realization of the budget program "Implementation of the State target program on preparation and holding of the final part of the European football championship 2012 in Ukraine, construction, reconstruction, development and maintenance of the motorway network, including construction and reconstruction of the bridges in public and municipal ownership (including construction of the railway-motorway bridge crossing across the river Dnieper in Kyiv in the amount of UAH 650.000 thousand), and construction of underground railway in the cities of Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kyiv and Kharkiv", The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine passed a Resolution "On certain Issues concerning Implementation of the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2009" and certain other Laws of Ukraine".
The Accounting Chamber shall secure constant supervision over the use of the budget funds and report on the results of the supervision every quarter at The Verkhovna Rada.
The Resolution "comes into force simultaneously with the Law "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2009" and certain other Laws of Ukraine" of 21 August 2009 № 1608-VI".
