The Committee on Environmental Policy, Use of Natural Resources and Elimination of Consequences of Chornobyl Disaster upholds the Bill of the Law on Amendment to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine in the Sphere of Dangerous Cargo Transferring

The Bill (Reg.№4251) envisages the ordering of the legislative base of Ukraine on dangerous cargo transferring through inner water roads in correspondence with the European treaty on international transferring of the dangerous cargo through water ways. The corresponding amendments should be introduced to a number of legal acts Code on trade navigation in Ukraine, laws "On Transport", "On Pesticides and Agrochemistry Products", "On Cargo Transferring", "On Dangerous Cargo Transferring".

The members of the Committee expressed several comments in particular concerning article 34 of the Law "On Wastes". The conclusion is directed to the profile committee asking to take the comment into the consideration while elaboration it for the second reading.
