The legislative act alters the procedure of formation of district and divisional election committees, reduces the terms of election process from 120 to 90 days, and improves the procedure of filing an appeal against the resolutions of the subjects of election process.
Moreover, the Law eliminates the institute of absentee ballots and subscription lists for the support of a candidate to the post of the President of Ukraine.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 4741.
