Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is staying with the working visit in Dnipropetrovsk Region
Giving answers to the questions during the press-conference concerning the personnel potential in region, V. Lytvyn declared that Dnipropetrovsk region has always been famous for its personnel school.
He is convinced that on the highest posts in central power should be nominated people that have considerable basis and experience. "Unfortunately, during the latest times the practice is spread that on the posts o leaders in central power are usually nominated people that have the firs indication in their employment records book - Minister", - V. Lytvyn noted. I suppose that consciously or not consciously, somebody takes revenge over the Dnipropetrovsk region for the fact that it used to be face of the Soviet Union and Ukraine in particular, in personnel adoption".
The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada stressed that "there are traditions exactly in Dnipropetrovsk region and there are opportunities to study". "Of course there are big problems because of the crisis and cessation of production. But if one considers the agrarian sphere in the region it is represented y the great forces. The same concerns energy sphere", - V. Lytvyn declared.
According to the Leader of the Parliament, People´s Deputies who represent Dnipropetrovsk region, "should not be puppet dolls in the hands of big players but defend interests of the region".
The Chairman determined that Dnipropetrovsk have excellent stadium and "Euro-2012" might have given new impulse to the development of the city but, "unfortunately today we have such situation that we must make our best in order other cities remain in the list of cities receiving Championship", - V. Lytvyn deems.
