Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk honored the memory of the soldiers who died near the Parliament

The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, together with the Commander of the National Guard of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Yuriy Lebed, , honored the memory of four National Guard service members who died in 2015 due to a grenade explosion near the building of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
«At that time, let me remind you, the Parliament was considering changes to the Constitution in the first reading, and a rally was held under the walls of the Verkhovna Rada.» Ruslan Stefanchuk said.
 
He also emphasized that peaceful actions should never turn into tragedies.

«We must remember this and not allow it!
