Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine: during the Pre-Termed Session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, which would be held on Friday, the Issues on Realization of the Present Harvest should be scrutinized as they are more Urgent and Painful then suggested for the Scrutiny by the Initiators of this Session.

The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada during the visit to Zaporizhia region has met on Monday the citizens of Tokmak town.

Speaking about the economic situation in the country, V. Lytvyn expressed astonishment concerning the President´s speech before the hike to Goverla mountain: "According to the Leader of the country, before that everything with the economics in the country was complicated and bad, and here he declares that everything in our country has increased in four times, and even the birthrate increased in 20%. The question appears, why in such a case villages due out, enterprises stop and the quantity of unemployed increases?".

The leader of the Parliament reminded that several days before, he suggested the President meeting in order to scrutinize the real situation in the country and in what ways it should be sold. But according to him, "today everybody wants to be in opposition President, Prime-Minister and the leader of the biggest Faction in the Parliament". "I am asking a question who will be working then?"

Giving answers to the questions concerning the low prices the agricultural producers must sell their harvest, V. Lytvyn stressed that this problem is one of the most urgent that representatives of his faction and he tried to solve: "we should find out the possibilities to increase the Agrarian Fund".

"The state should be the main grain trader and should not let an absurdly low prices", - the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine stressed.
