To improve the text of the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Budget Code of Ukraine" returned to The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the motions of the President of Ukraine to be scrutinized repeatedly:

 

1. to set up a working group to enhance the text of the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Budget Code of Ukraine" returned to The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the motions of the President of Ukraine to be scrutinized repeatedly, and preparation for the scrutiny at the Committee on Budget with the following members:

 

DERKACH Mykola Ivanovych Chairman of the Committee on Budget, Head of the Working Group  

 

ALEKSANDROVSKA Alla Oleksandrivna Secretary of the Committee on Budget

2. The working group shall prepare relevant motions till 1 September 2009 and forward them to the Committee on Budget.

 

3. V.S.ZAICHUK, Secretary General of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariate, shall take measures to provide organizational and material-technical support of the working group.
