On the occasion of the Independence Day of Ukraine, Ruslan Stefanchuk presented certificates of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to Ukrainian defenders

«It is an honor for me to thank our defenders personally!» Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine said during the ceremony of presented certificates of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for services to the Ukrainian people to service members of the National Guard of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service.
«The best ones should be recognized with awards.» Ruslan Stefanchuk emphasized.
«Lieutenant colonels, lieutenants, majors, ensigns, master sergeants, master sergeants – today, everyone faithfully fulfills their duty, risks their lives, and ensures national security and defense.» The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine stressed.
Ruslan Stafanchuk added - today we are together in a symbolic place near the monument to Volodymyr the Great, who in 988 baptized Kyivan Rus-Ukraine. Our statehood is more than one and a half thousand years old. We have something to defend!

I feel proud next to the modern soldiers!
